Hello there, friends!
I’m all caught up on my summer memory keeping and my June pages are ready to share with you. Please check out my video for a peek!
The month of June was all about festivals and fireworks in Minneapolis. With the warm weather, there is always something going on in the city – often many events each weekend! I have enjoyed the Stone Arch Bridge Festival for many years now, but the Food Truck Festival was new to me – and I’m already looking forward to next year’s event.
This month’s list focused on my summer bucket list. I had a blast layering on my favorite green grass washi tape, flower stickers and my t00-adorable-for-words fox and hedgehog stickers. I’ve been waiting to break out these cuties, and the bright colors of June were just the perfect moment.
On the first week of the month, I was getting back into my home routine after returning from two weeks in Europe. You can check out my trip in my May Happy Planner Flip video.
The first full week of June highlighted lunch dates with my friends Amy and Shannon and dinner out with my sweetie.
l had so much fun mixing and matching all kinds of floral and butterfly stickers on this mid-month spread. So bright and cheerful!
Jose loves to drive his car, especially with the top down to enjoy the summer weather. I captured this image as we drove around Lake Calhoun with the sun setting in Minneapolis.
We had so much fun at the Food Truck Festival. With over 50 food trucks, we were glad we came with big appetites! One of our favorites was the bacon grilled cheese sandwich with tots. Yum!
I wanted to remember Elvis Presley’s original guitarist, Scotty Moore, who passed away at the end of the month. He was 84! I found a couple of cute throw back pics from the two of them in the early 1950’s.
Thanks so much for stopping by to check out my monthly flip and I hope you enjoyed seeing my June pages! Be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel so you don’t miss next month’s flip coming soon.
Wishing you a happy weekend, friends!
